shit, katherine jenkins has a beautiful voice
i'll tell you something, katherine jenkins + murray gold are geniuses, geni if you will.
but stephen moffat is as well for giving us such a wonderful episode, that really got me in the christmas-y mood.
as you may have noticed, i am a dedicated fan of doctor who so when, during children in need, karen gillan and matt smith revealed the trailer for the christmas special, if anything, i came out more confused than before!
Next i heard 'flying sharks' and thought'really?even for doctor who that's a bit ridiculous' . but oh, how wrong i was. and don't, in any case, just watch the first 10 minutes, because it was a bit dodgy, and the writer blatantly thought he was writing the script for sherlock with his in-depth study of the room around him.
this is completely forgotten, however, when matt smith stumbles in (quite literally) and you are placed back into the fast paced (and slightly bonkors) world of doctor who.
it could of done with a bit more of amy and rory, but meh, what can you do.
altogether fantastic (as the 9th doctor would say) and really got me in the christmas mood. which is very good.

What happened to all the die-hard David Tennant fans?
Yesterday on BBC3 at 7:45pm, 'the Girl in the Fireplace' was on TV again.
I've got to say I had a spazzy moment when Madame de Pompadour called the Doctor "my love" a la River Song as the River Song stories are by the same guy who wrote this episode...
...I looked up "The Girl In The" on Google Images and it came up with this amazing picture:
Even the most ridiculous person must appreciate that this is really cool.
Anyway...
Watching a David Tennant episode made me really miss the whole 10th Doctor. I mean, where has David Tennant BEEN for the last year?
I'm kind of having a David Tennant week this week, as yesterday I watched 'The Girl In The Fireplace' (which is kind of my favourite episode from that episode which is weird as it is by Stephen Moffat as is my Series 1 faves) and the previous day I watched 'Last of The Time Lords' (Series 3 finale)
Anyway, here is a picture of my joint first favourite Doctor (or maybe slightly more first? Sorry Celia, he clinched it...)
I was going to get more, but I have a retard computer so this'll have to do...

Is Stephen Moffat intent on making my life hell?
First I was angry for Stephen Moffat because he couldn't persuade the Beeb to put more than three episodes of Sherlock
Now they have revealed they are doing half the amount of episodes as one series in Spring and the rest in Autumn!
I didn't realise that when River Song said that the next time she met the Doctor "that's when everything changes" she meant that they were going to make me have a nervous breakdown!
Oh well, when I think about it it means I have less of a wait in between series'!
I'm going to have to have a Sherlock and Doctor Who marathon to get over the shock... (I recorded them all on VHS!)
